Jo Reynolds of Justelle Marketing and Media Ltd was very pleased to have been awarded a Top 3 Award for her work in 2020.  The award is given based on customer feedback, testimonials and recommendations from existing clients and contacts.  Jo says 'This is the award that really matters because this is from my clients.  It is not based on qualifications but on the working relationships that have been built and nurtured.'

During the 2020 pandemic, Jo chose not to stop work and committed a large portion of her week to voluntary work and supporting other businesses by setting up an online networking group Open For Business that has continued to meet weekly.  She continued to represent her clients and grew her client list when other agencies closed or furloughed staff and left clients without support.
