Somerset Council offers a FREE 6-month mentoring program that pairs our most experienced Somerset business leaders with Somerset SME business owners. These mentors provide valuable guidance, share their skills, and offer insights to help accelerate business development.

The mentors include successful multi-entrepreneurs and senior executives. They specialise in areas such as growth strategy, introducing new processes to the business, introducing new products and services to the market or firm, finance, marketing, HR and e-commerce.
