Over the past six months, six members of our team have been engaged in our Pathway to Associateship programme, designed to foster professional growth and provide our team members with opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Leanne Cornock-Stark, Alex Parris and Heidi Cowling, have demonstrated remarkable dedication, balancing new learning and managing projects alongside their regular duties. Their commitment to excellence and continuous improvement has been evident throughout this programme. They recently presented their project progress to the Partners, showcasing their insights, applications, and future plans.
