New Look Clubhouse brings Yeovil Golf Club up to date 

By completing an extensive yearlong refurbishment programme to its clubhouse, Yeovil Golf Club has successfully created a contemporary facility for its members, visitors and guests to enjoy for the coming seasons. The tasteful renovation, which also included a new Biomass and Solar Power installation was designed to bring the facilities up to date, whilst maintaining the character of the Club. The focus of the design takes into account the heritage of the club and matches the colour scheme of the club’s crest into the furniture and decoration.

The project involved many local tradesman, as one of the key principles the Club management felt was important was to invest in upgrading the Club’s facilities, whilst contributing to the local economy.

The Clubhouse refurbishment follows on from the building work that took place earlier in 2014 to provide a function room for the Club, which has proven to be a great success, not only in facilitating more space to cater for visiting groups, but also the club has welcomed many local businesses and corporate groups to hold anything from breakfast meetings to speed networking events.  www.yeovilgolfclub.com
