On September 8th 2022 Lorraine launced her first book Hare's Journey of a Thousand Miles at Hurds Hill in Langport, Somerset. It was an invite only event with all the people that have inspired and supported Lorraine on her own personal and professional Journey. The Mayor of Somerset was present as well as Lorraine's Neuroscience Mentor Dr. Lynda Shaw. 

The book is currently available for purchase through her website https://www.youllknowhenyougetthere.co.uk and will be going live on Amazon by the end of January 2023.

Lorraine will be running Hare's experience and Retreat days where you will get the opportunity to dive deeper into the work from the book.
