Introducing GAP
GAP which stands for Gain Advantage Programme funded by HPC Community Fund is a Programme made to help support people back into employment or self-employment, Whislt also understanding any barriers which some people may have when it comes to finding work.
This includes an initial assessment, a personality profile, a mental well-being workshop also a 1:1 with a professional advisor who can signpost to any further support that there might be available. We also develop a unique personal action plan that has practical steps and actions put in place to help towards finding employment or self-employment.
