Research has shown that employing people living with a learning disability leads to benefits such as better staff reliability, lower staff turnover and improved morale at work.

Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI) is a structured approach for those working directly with people who require additional support to learn the practical skills involved in work and is an excellent tool for employers.

Employers in the South West can gain free access to the first regional in-person Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI) course as part of the national Internships Work program.

Hosted by Bridgwater & Taunton College, the course is being provided by BASE (British Association for Supported Employment) and will run for four consecutive days from 30 October to 3 November. Book your place by emailing Lily Beyer at lily.beyer@base-uk.org
