Building the workforce of the future

Building the workforce of the future

Released On 22nd Aug 2023

Are you ready to recruit new talent into your organisation?

Over the coming weeks, young people across Somerset will receive their exam results. For some, this will mark the beginning of their higher or further education journey. Others will be moving into vocational studies with elements of industry experience – and some will be stepping out into the workforce for the first time.

This is a good time to consider if your business is ready to attract and recruit young people with the latest qualifications and harness the ambition, new perspectives, and energy that they will undoubtedly bring with them.

Ensuring that you understand more about the different types of qualification that young people can attain is a great starting point. This will be especially important when recruiting, helping you to better understand what applicants can offer and to ensure you are recruiting at the right level for your business needs.

You can learn more about qualifications and pick up some recruitment tips on our website.
