Battens Expands Family Law Team

Tracey Parsons, former head of a family law team in London, has joined one of the South West's most successful law firms, Battens Solicitors. Tracey, who practiced law in London for 12 years before relocating to the South West in 2000, has extensive experience in advising divorcing and separating couples, and has handled every aspect of relationship breakdown from property disputes and maintenance claims to international child abduction.

Ms Parsons is also a respected family law mediator and is an accredited mediator with the Law Society and the Family Mediation Council. She has a high success rate in her mediation and particularly enjoys helping couples resolve their issues out of court, having saved them time, stress and costs.
