Albert Goodman signals commitment to Yeovil business community with new office move

South West-based chartered accountants, tax consultants and financial planners, Albert Goodman has bolstered its presence in Yeovil by moving into new offices in the Somerset town.
The company’s leadership team has promised to create new jobs in the area in a move that strengthens its commitment to Yeovil, as well as new and existing clients across the business community in Somerset and Dorset.
Re-locating from Hendford Manor to premises on Lupin Way, the new 4820sq feet of modern office space was launched at a special event on the Friday, May 24.
Lyndsay Blackshaw, Partner at Albert Goodman, who leads the Yeovil team, said: “Investment in our new premises represents a long-term commitment to Yeovil as Albert Goodman strengthen its position as one of the South West’s leading accountancy practices.

Lyndsay will be joined by other key Albert Goodman personnel including fellow partner Richard Bugler and a 40-strong team which offers specialist business services and outsourced finance support, tax, payroll, VAT and financial planning advice.
After opening a new workspace in Bristol city centre last year, Albert Goodman secured coveted B-Corp status which reflected its enhanced commitment to environmental and social goals. In March of this year, the company also unveiled its bold new branding.

As well as being patrons of Yeovil Chamber, Lyndsay sits on the board of the networking and business support group as its treasurer. Albert Goodman also sponsored the local Air Ambulance charity, and its chosen charity of the year for 2024/25 is the Wallace & Gromit’s Children Foundation.
Further afield, Albert Goodman is also an active member of the Sherborne Chamber of Commerce.
