Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation. Duties:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create and develop new menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menu options
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Manage kitchen operations during peak hours
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of culinary arts and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field is preferred

Salary: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
