SBA StartUP is a fully-funded, accredited programme for individuals across the UK, who are interested in starting their own business or going into self-employment.
Each course consists of 3 x 3 hour sessions over consecutive weeks and will be delivered online by a leading business advisor Course dates and times are available at www.sbacic.org/events.

- How to achieve successful sales and marketing
- How to organise and manage business finance
- How to produce a business plan/strategy
We will help you start your self-employment journey
This course covers the 3 main parts of running a business:- Business planning, finance, and marketing.
As well as this we will consider:
- Reflection on your own interest in starting a business
- Identify your personal development needs
- Reflect on the rewards and commitments of running your own business
- Understand how to develop your business ideas
- Understand the market for your business idea
- Establish potential business contacts
- Build relationships with customers
- Build trust in business relationships
