It's my pleasure to introduce our keynote speaker for the Yeovil Hospitality Hub this September, Terry Stevens. Terry is highly respected worldwide in the field of tourism and has a special connection to our area, having grown up in East Coker and even played for YTFC in his younger days.
About Terry
With over 40 years of experience in the tourism industry, Terry has worked across both private and public sectors in the UK and the USA. In 1986, he founded Stevens & Associates, a consultancy that has since provided strategic tourism advice to international development agencies, national and regional governments, and blue-chip companies in over 50 countries worldwide.
Terry specialises in sport and heritage tourism, along with all aspects of destination development, management, and place-making. He is a regular keynote speaker at global conferences, summit meetings, and symposia, as well as a broadcaster, commentator, and author of over 350 published works on tourism-related matters. Known for his inspiring and innovative ideas, Terry has established a reputation for advancing tourism development through creative and strategic concepts, earning numerous awards for his clients and his own pursuit of excellence.
