As the Adult Careers and Apprenticeship Placement Lead, she is passionate about upskilling employees and fostering meaningful collaborations between businesses and education.

In addition to her role at Yeovil College, Serena serves as the Yeovil College Liaison and Construction Hub Coordinator for the Yeovil & District Chamber, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting the construction industry.
